Free Upland Game Bird Hunts Again This Fall

Youth hunters age 17 and under who have completed hunter education can take part in free upland game bird hunts next month.

In these guided hunts, the Department of Fish and Wildlife and partners release pheasants, giving youth a unique opportunity. Some events include safety presentations, shotgun skills clinics, a hunter safety field day prior…
