ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION (please read carefully): Payments made online are only valid for the electronic (online/web/E-Edition) version of the Rogue River Press. Online subscription payments cannot be used for or transferred to a new or existing print subscription, or used as payment on an invoice. You must login to the website to view content and the E-Edition; you will not receive an email notification. Stories from each week’s Rogue River Press are populated on the website during the first 2-4 days after publication. Not all stories, features, and/or content will be posted on the website but all content can be viewed in the E-Edition(s). Content and E-Editions are available for about 8 weeks – there are no archives of older issues and their content on the website. Please do not share your password with anyone or allow access to your account to anyone outside of your immediate household. When you subscribe to the online version, your method of payment will automatically be charged monthly or yearly, depending upon your chosen subscription level, until you cancel the subscription. You can login to your account to cancel your subscription (under the My Account tab). Subscription rates are subject to change; no refunds. The charge to your credit card may show as our parent company, Valley Pride Publications, Inc., and not Rogue River Press. If you prefer to receive the print version of the Rogue River Press, which is delivered by U.S. Mail, please subscribe by calling the office at 541.582.1707 during office hours (see below).

CLASSIFIED AD WEEKLY RATE INFORMATION
$9.00 for the first 15 words and 10¢ for each additional word thereafter. The first 2-3 words of your classified ad will automatically be printed in BOLD CAPS. Additional bold or capitalized words are 10¢ each. A box around your ad is an additional $1. Classified ads are straight-line text only (typed into the available space, no additional formatting) and are limited to 75 words. All classified ads must be pre-paid (unless other arrangements have been approved prior to ad deadline). Please do not submit classifieds by email unless you call the office and speak to us first.

GUIDELINES & POLICIES FOR LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
Letters longer than 300 words may be rejected, and may be edited for grammar, content and length. Letters are NOT guaranteed publication. All letters need a full address (no P.O.’s), phone number and a signature. No more than one letter from any individual will be published in 30 days. The opinions contained in Letters to the Editor, as well as any paid opinion or ad space, are not the opinions of the employees, individuals who contribute or write articles for the paper, the Rogue River Press, or Valley Pride Publications, Inc.

❖ OBITUARY / DEATH NOTICE / SERVICE NOTICE SUBMISSION INFORMATION
Please see the deadline for submitting an obituary, death notice or service notice above. The cost for publishing an obituary, death notice or service notice is based upon the amount of space the notice consumes in the paper. If submitting an obituary, death notice or service notice, please submit early if you have a memorial service planned.

• Please provide the text of your notice as a Word document, typed in the body of your email, or as a PDF. Do not submit your obituary, death notice or service notice as a photo/image file.

• If you wish to include a photo, please attach a photo that is at least 300 DPI.

• Please also include the name, phone number, and location of the funeral home who took care of your loved one.

• Include your name and phone number in your email submission.

Payment is required prior to publication.

LABOR DAY CLOSURE – MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 2026

The Rogue River Press office will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026 in observance of Labor Day, a federal holiday; our office will also be closed, as is usual, on Friday, September 4, 2026. The deadline is THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3RD @ 1:00 P.M. for *EVERYTHING*: submissions, changes or cancellations of Inserts, Legal Notices, Announcements, Obituaries, PSA requests, Letters to the Editor, Display Ads, Business Directory Ads, and Church Directory Ads. *Classified ads only: Tuesday, September 8th at noon. We apologize for any inconvenience.
