Warm Winter Speeds Spread Of Emerald Ash Borer In Oregon

Oregon’s unusually mild winter and warm spring temperatures have accelerated the development of the invasive emerald ash borer (EAB), causing the destructive pest to emerge weeks earlier than expected, according to the Oregon Department of Forestry (ODF).
