Representative Dwayne Yunker (R–Grants Pass) is criticizing Oregon’s health care policies following Asante Health System’s announcement that it will discontinue outpatient physical therapy services at its Grants Pass and Medford locations effective Aug. 28, 2026.
In a statement released after the announcement, Yunker said the closures reflect what he described as a challenging environment for health care providers in Oregon.
