The Oregon State Police is asking for the public’s help locating a pickup truck driver who may be an important witness in a sexual assault investigation in eastern Multnomah County.
According to investigators, troopers responded Sunday, May 24, to a report of a sexual assault that reportedly occurred near the Lewis and Clark Recreation Site outside Troutdale.
