About Libby Gill
Libby Gill started her career in television working as an assistant at a prestigious television company founded by the legendary Norman Lear. During her first few years on the job, the company was purchased by Columbia Pictures, Coca-Cola, and, ultimately, Sony. By “raising my hand and figuring it out,” Libby climbed the ladder to become department head and vice president of publicity, advertising, and promotion for Sony’s worldwide television group in just five years. After that, she went on to head public relations at Turner Broadcasting, then became senior vice president of corporate communication at Universal before exiting to start her own business.
Libby founded Libby Gill & Company, a leadership executive coaching and consulting firm, first based in Los Angeles and now in Southern Oregon. After more than twenty years, Libby closed her one-on-one coaching practice but continues to keynote, consult and lead deep dive workshops around the globe. She guides professionals and organizations to lead through change, challenge, and chaos by deeply engaging employees in a shared future-focused vision of success.
