In the first joint meeting between the Rogue River City Council and the city’s Planning Commission in many years, the two bodies reached agreement on commercial design standards for new development or major modifications within the downtown C-1 zone.
The standards would apply to modifications of existing structures involving at least 51 percent of a building’s market value.
