Rogue River City Administrator Ryan Nolan said that the two newest subdivisions on the west side of Rogue River, the Windmill Development on West Evans Creek Road, and Dusty Ridge at the junction of Foothill Boulevard and West Evans Creek Road, are close to final plat status, each with a few items left to accomplish at the Tues., May 12 meeting of the Rogue River Planning Commission.
