The Rogue River City Council voted for an emergency procurement to provide for the replacement of the motor control center at the city’s water treatment plant at the council’s meeting on Thursday, Oct. 22.
The replacement of the control center is done to prepare the city for the construction of its reservoir. The control center will help safeguard equipment against electrical interference and prepare for the installation of backup power.
