Long-time former Rogue River resident, NORMA HANDBURY, passed away peacefully on 8/12/26. She was surrounded by family where she lived at Morada Assisted Living in Arlington, Texas. She was 98.
Born on 5/22/1928, Norma was raised in Iowa. There, she married her husband of 71 years, Richard Handbury. They moved to Rogue River in 1952 with their toddler daughter, Joan, aged 2. They added 2 more daughters, Karen-1954 & Lynne-1960.
