The Evans Valley Fire District Board of Directors held its monthly meeting Thursday, Aug. 13, in what may have been one of the shortest meetings in district history.
With no significant business on the agenda and Fire Chief Tom Davidson occupied with the newly developing Fielder Mountain Fire, the board had little business to address.
“Our audit documents were submitted to the auditor, which is hardly newsworthy,” Board Chair Kathryn Henning said.
