Rogue River City Recorder Diane Oliver said Councilman Mark Minegar has completed the paperwork necessary for his first election campaign for city council.
It will be only a matter of time before he and other candidates can begin collecting the minimum 25 signatures required to be placed on the Nov. 3 ballot.
