The Southern Oregon Timber Riders recently hosted an open horse show at R-M Ranch in Wimer. Riders from across Jackson and Josephine counties brought horses and mules of all breeds to compete in the sunny Sunday event. Club members said they hope to continue offering more informal “backyard-style” horse shows in the future.
