‘Killing Contests’ Part Of Commission Agenda

Oregon’s Fish and Wildlife Commission will consider rules to prohibit so-called “killing contests” for the taking of coyotes and other unprotected mammals at its meeting Friday. Last December, the Commission denied a petition while directing
