PLAY DAY IN A PUMPKIN PATCH

Click this picture to view a larger image.

Mrs. June Safko's kindergarten class was among the dozens of students from Rogue River and Evans Valley elementary schools who played in the pumpkin patch at Rogue River High School on October 23. Thirty FFA students "planted" more than 200 pumpkins on the Field of Dreams, chaperoned grades K-2 on a hay ride, escorted the youngsters through a petting zoo and assisted them sowing grass seed at
the second annual Play Day in the Pumpkin Patch. The pumpkins were donated by Stahlbush Farms, Seven Oaks Farms and Steve Glass, all of the Rogue Valley.
